Number porting
Your phone number is part of your brand. We move your local, freephone and 03 numbers from your current provider, manage every step, and keep you informed until the port completes.
Porting moves a number from one provider to another. You do not need to tell your old provider first; we submit the request with a letter of authority signed by you. Once the port date is agreed, calls switch across with minimal interruption, usually within a short window on the morning of the port.
Single-line ports often complete in around a week to ten working days. Multi-line and complex ports, such as ISDN ranges or numbers on several accounts, can take longer. Check your current contract for notice periods before you switch.

Something else on your mind? Call 020 7112 8558 or send us a message and a telecoms specialist will reply.
Can I keep my local number if I move office?
Usually yes if you stay within the same area code and number range. With VoIP you can keep a geographic number when you move further, as long as you still have a genuine link to that area.
Will I lose calls during the port?
There can be a brief interruption on the port morning. We schedule ports for a quiet time and can divert calls temporarily.
